Our featured speaker will be Rich Brooks, noted authority on social media. He will speak in two sessions. One will provide principles for excellent social media work and the other will dig down deep into real world New England cases with social media successes and the very real challenges of making social media an effective, accountable medium. Our featured dinner speaker will be Win Smith, former Chairman of Merrill Lynch international and author of the NY Times no-holds-barred bestseller “Catching Lightning in a Bottle.” He will share his insights on the mistakes and successes made by the banking industry in recent years as well as the marketing lessons that he has learned since purchasing the Sugarbush Resort ski area. It is sure to be an informative and entertaining evening.
In one of our panels we will consider the practical case for MCIF and CRM systems, looking not just at the technical benefits of the systems, but the practical challenges of getting your sales force to change behavior and incorporate segmentation based information into their sales routine.
